"Kaelynn was the absolute best to work with. This process has exceeded all of my expectations. Not only was Kaelynn super organized, but every single part of this journey felt so personalized. I actually got tears in my eyes when I saw my final website. Everything that I wanted my brand to feel like, she nailed it on the head. I'm actually shocked that somebody who has never even met me in person could communicate my emotions towards my business in such a powerful way! I feel like she designed everything that I haven't even been able to verbalize about my business myself.
On top of this entire experience being so fun and helping me find my business identity, Kaelynn has been so patient with me when my responses have been delayed due to my busy schedule with working other jobs and a broken phone lol. She also encouraged me to step out and raise my prices, something I have been so scared to do for so long. Kaelynn is far more than just a talented designer, she truly helped me find confidence in my identity as a business owner.
On top of everything being organized and professional, it was also a super fun experience. Getting to see the copywriting on my website that you created from the broken and messy words that I sent in my form was such a gift. Not only is my brand identity solidified now, but I feel like I personally have gained so much more confidence and passion for what I do. Another thing I enjoyed was being involved along the process, getting to see little snippets and sneak peaks of things!"
